One of the goals of the Domaine Malika guest house is to offer a gastronomic table d’hôte menu representative of their host country, Morocco, a country full of contrast with multiple influences.

The cuisine at the guest house is as warm, colourful, aromatic, subtle and mysterious as the landscapes of the High Atlas and it is as generous as the inhabitants of the Ouirgane Valley.

The chefs will seduce guests with their creative and surprising cuisine which harmoniously blends tradition and modernity.

The harmonious blend of herbs spices and aromas are delicately brought together to seduce the pallet. Vegetables from the garden, fruit from the orchard and local products from the nearby souks are brought to you plate to enhance their flavours.

The open-air restaurant in Ouirgane Valley is a supreme delight on a summer’s evening, a candlelit dinner surrounded by olive trees and the scent of flowers and herbs.

In winter, the restaurant with its fireplace offers charm and a refined elegance.

Food enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take cooking classes to discover some of the culinary secrets such as spiced cream of beetroot, quails with cornmeal and almond stuffing or honeyed cream with lavender and saffron…

Set menus & Prices

- Lunch (Dish of the day and dessert of the day, mineral water, coffee or tea) : DHS 195 per person.
- Dinner (Menu of the day, with starter, main course, dessert, mineral water, coffee or tea) : DHS 280 per person.
- Picnic: DHS 100 per person.

To offer our guests a cuisine based on fresh produce, meals must be booked in the morning before 10:00 am.
